The Matrix: Revolutions Beta v0.4 Released !

Normally I pump out updates/patches on the weekends, but I had some time to finish v0.4 Some great new features to enjoy. Here is the list of added/changed/removed

Added robbable and usable burgershot
Added robbable and usable cluckin' bell
Fixed - spawning in wrong locations. This should be final.
Added robbable and usable Black Market (A place to get weapons and other goodies)
Added speed system. Use /speed [on/off]. Speed limit is:
In city limits - 65mph
Highways,Bridges,Other. 85MPH POLICE WILL ENFORCE THIS WITH RADAR
Your speed color will change according to these city and highway speeds...

Police radar - Use /radar on/off
Fixed /pu /cuff /rp - Should be final
Added /felonrp. Must be higher than level 10.
Added /cuff /uncuff and anti bug system on that and for others like it.
